Description
A colony of large rats lives near the dumpster that is behind 1100 Hull St. The dumpster seems to be home base for them but they skitter around all over the parking lot, under cars and in overgrowth along the sidewalk, as well as the grassy area behind the dumpster. This is the second request I have submitted in regards to this rat infestation. The first time, it seemed like the inspector focused moreso on the trash that had built up around the dumpster (which, people are leaving there as opposed to within the dumpster, because the rats are in there, and sometimes when you go to throw your garbage away and open the dumpster lid A RAT JUMPS OUT, POTENTIALLY RIGHT AT YOU! This has happened to me and so now I either use someone else’s dumpster, the city trash cans, or take it to a friend’s trash can, or even to work to dispose of it. Please help
