Description
The ground is sinking because theres constant water leaking from somewhere for months now. Please send someone to look at the alley behind 3300 Delaware Ave. Its the alley between Delaware and Florida. I've called this in twice now and the issue has not been fixed for months. Now the ground is sinking and its smelling terrible out there.
