Description
The street light at this intersection is dangerous and inefficient in both north and south directions on Malvern. There is no green left turn signal either way and there is oncoming traffic while trying to take a left without visibility. In addition to the safety issue, thru traffic in the left lane backs up behind vehicles turning left in both directions reducing capacity. The phasing of the signal needs to be changed to accommodate a dedicated left through movement north and southbound.
