This streetlight isn't out but it is shining to bright---Need to discuss streetlights the streetlight was just replaced with LED..Caller is so concerned because the light is real bright but it's not illuminating anything except her yard. Caller wants something done...(caller wants to know if there's an alternative since it can't be shaded)
