Description
It seems that a manhole is "sinking" or a void is starting to form at the edge of a manhole in the intersection of N. 8th St and Franklin intersection. This is primarily a preventative notification. Unable to stop and take a picture (while driving). Since the manhlole looked sloped to one side, it was of greater concern.
