Description
Deep hole on the edge of the crosswalk that goes across W Broad Street, closest to the Estes trucking building. Looks different from a regular pothole where you can see the bottom. It looks like it’s around the size of a small dinner plate right now. The asphalt around the edges of the hole is cracking and sinking down below the surface level of Broad st.
