Description
The construction site on the 3400 block of carlton street routinely does construction work in the fenced off area of the roadway. Multiple times, during rain, debris, dirt and chemicals have come off the site into the storm drain on carlton street. Additionally, there are 55 gallon drums holding up a fence, several of which appear to be leaking and have exposed water inside.
