Description
Some industrial cleaners working for Peter Chang's or Richmond Eats or the Hofheimer building dumped restaurant fat and grease into the storm drain by the alleyway exiting onto Sheppard St and are powerwashing restaurant equipment in the alley behind their restaurants.
