Description

As you drive on Richmond Henrico Turnpike at night, and pass Henrico Drive, you will begin to "go around a curve. At this location, you notice that one of the streetlights is very dim and needs to be replace. I and other can barely see. It is creating an accident "waiting to happen". Please replace the bulb.
