The original ticket is still open and there is a note added to the ticket providing information regarding the repair. "There are two lights and poles missing west of Belvidere on the north side of W. Broad Street. Then the next pole is out due to underground wiring issues. The bases will need to be replaced before the two poles can be replaced. The wiring issue is located in a manhole located in the middle of the intersection which can’t safely be accessed at this time due to construction. There is no estimate of repair at this time. Streetlights is awaiting a base rebuild crew from Mastec which is not available at this time." Infrastructure issues can take longer than 24 months to repair.
