Description
Not sure if there’s anything going on downstream, but there is a noticeable odor from the drop inlet at the corner of 33rd and Forest Hill. The concrete box that the metal lid sits is damaged, probably from people driving up on it. The odor comes and goes, but can be smelled on the next block at certain times of day.
