Description
Recessed manhole cover in northbound bike lane. Caused crash in rain Saturday evening. Manhole cannot be seen in rain and is a major hazard in the bike lane Caused minor hand injuries with gravel needing removed from abrasions and damage to bicycle and brand new raincoat was ripped approximately $150 in damages to bike & raincoat.
