Description

one entire wall of concrete is completely missing, causing the adjacent yard to erode and collapse away into the drain. This clogs the drain and also poses a severe injury hazard to the children and dogs that play in the yard as they can slip under the fence and into the drain due to the missing wall. Tried patching with soil and dirt, but it's already collapsing again. This has the potential to be a significant lawsuit against the city if a child was severely harmed because of this incomplete drain. And children are playing in the yard every day. How to fix: concrete needs to be poured and formed to be structurally sound and prevent the ground from collapsing.
