Description

Previous ticket was closed DPU000012309, states that the job was not complete, the culvert is now buried in asphalt, the water is not flowing properly. Caller states the it looks really bad and there are divots in the asphalt. Left behind are asphalt chunks in the grass. Citizen is requesting a call asap.
