Description
There is no traffic signal (yield, stop sign, stoplight) for cars traveling northwest on Franklin Ave heading towards Monument Ave. Traffic traveling from Lombardy Street with the right-of-way and a green light around Stuart Circle to continue on Lombardy can easily be T-Boned by cars coming from Franklin to Monument who don’t think they have to stop and consider the flow of traffic. This is extremely dangerous and almost led to a massive accident this morning.
