Description
Bricks surrounding the water main on the side of our house are collapsing inwards into what seems to be a hole in the ground. We tried to block it but it presents a danger for someone twisting their ankle -- it's along a high traffic sidewalk. Also seems like there might be some structural concerns causing the bricks to collapse in.
