Description
There is water continuously running in this sink hole which the city never resolved . the city covered the sink hole with a metal slab and sealed it down with a black material. There must be a water leak in a city water line or in one of the homes that is pouring water into this hole which will only get bigger if the water is not turned off . If it is not a water line something is pouring a massive amount of water into that hole from underneath the earth.
