Description
3.5ft x 4ft DPU000034749 original order was closed on 3/20/26, but sinkhole still there and still completely covered with leaves, so how was an inspection completed? Cameras on house show no one did an inspection, only moved a few leaves per the uploaded picture on 3/18/25. Service worker visited the sinkhole on 3/18/25 spoke with myself at the sinkhole and escalated to Cityworks ID. Stated that he would come back on 3/19/26 but he/they did not return, home cameras can attest to that.
