Citizen is reporting that the drain is causing water to back up in her house. Citizen contacted outside assistance and was advised that water is not draining away from the house and needs to be assessed.

    Water back up is currently in the basement. Citizen states that if it gets too high, it may reach the water heater or meter. Citizen is requesting to have someone come out as quickly as possible.
