Description
Open uncovered vertical utility pipe in roadway. Cap displaced after snow removal. Approximately 6-12 inches in diameter. Located in travel lane. Active safety hazard. My dog nearly got injured this week. This has been left unsecured following ongoing DPU project. Needs immediate securing.
