The street lights started flickering last night and now all the lamps are out on both streets, plus Oakwood Park. It's pitch black.

    Work is complete, total of 23 lights were out, tract duplex back from __ to last light working and found broken neutral 1 span from last working light and fixed @ pole 10073 and 10074. Made splice and all lights are now working. Work done by JF/JT on 2/24/26
