Description
The city placed a temporary easement on property over one year ago. They left debris including plastic barriers, sticks property tape all over the area. The hill where they did the work needs to be cleaned up and monitored for stabilty purposes. This is a Chespeake Bay conservation area. The sewer is directly connected to the James.
