Description
The new lip on the drain on the even side corner near tilden was installed improperly. It is too tall and water cannot reach the drain. The water backs up the street instead of going to the drain.

- Staff · March 27, 2026Per customer request Mr. R. McKenny at 3300 Hanover Ave. to close this request. He states he doesn't want to disturb a tree on location. Also spoke with Councilman Andrew Breton on this issue that was escalated to him, and he all so put in a service request for the same item SR:576155. After explaining what Mr. McKenny stated he informed me to close both tickets for this address 3300 and 3301 Hanover Ave.
