Description
The signals facing the Chippenham N Exit ramp onto Stony Point Parkway are very delayed from switching Red to Green int he morning, causing backups onto the ramp and Chippenham N overpass. Today it took 5+ minutes for the lights to switch from Red to Green- multiple vehicles ended up turning left on Red due to the backup, when it changed to green it was only long enough for 4vehicles to safely turn.
