Description
There are 5-6 manholes close together that need to be raised on the westbound side of E Broad St. They are very low and/or sloped relative to the road, causing significant drops and swerving when driving over. They are also right at the on ramp to I-95 and a busy pedestrian crossing, making those even more dangerous. Thanks in advance,
