Description
The sewer located in the alley off Granby, running parallel to and between Hanover and Stuart, is emitting a strong odor. The smell is seeping into our home, entering through the basement and spreading to the first floor. The odor becomes noticeably stronger after rainfall. This appears to be an ongoing issue since last Fall and is affecting indoor air quality.
