Description
On the median between the sidewalk and the curb there is a large open hole. This appears to be the size of a missing waterline cover but unsure if this is the case. Covered in Ice right now but if facing the apartment building this is on the left hand side of the front door. If a passenger steps out of a car they could go right into the hole and be injured.
