Construction was started about 3 years ago between building 2 and 3 at The James, giant hole and exposed pipes now present which poses a safety risk for residents; construction never completed

    The giant hole and exposed pipes look to be part of a sprinkler project on private property. The city cannot enforce anything of this nature on private property, so it needs to be taken up with the building owners
