Description
Large storm drain with missing cover has been reported numerous times over the past 18 months. No one has yet addressed it. It is large enough for a pet or human to fall into which would result in a large lawsuit against the city for negligence after repeated (and documented) requests that have been made over the past 18 months. Please ensure cover is applied to storm drain within 14 days of submission of this request.
