- Staff · March 27, 2026After assessing this location on 3/23/2026, I found no issues of water flowing out of the street in front of this address. Although there was a water meter leak at 711 China St. Which caused water to flow around the corner from 711 China St. past 601 South Laurel St. I called the customer multiple times in reference to this request but no answer. Since I have notified base 1 about this issue and forwarded to appropriate division(Gas/customer service tech). This is not a StormWater/ Wastewater issue.
