Description
Street is pitch black when it’s dark light comes on but don’t stay on but for a min if that going to work at 6am it’s pitch black coming home at 6pm-630pm it’s pitch black you can’t see animals or anything coming your way I catch the public transportation so I have to walk the streets and it’s too dark in front of my house but the light stay on down the street just not the on in front of my house please fix I’ve have hurt myself walking in the dark

City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs, nor make repairs Dominion Energy lights, poles or wires.
