Description
I stand at the GRTC Stop in the middle of Delta Hotel and Dominion Energy Building after 5pm which during Winter months is very dark. Its unsafe as there is lots of car and foot traffic for a single woman with Electronics to be standing extended periods. I work at the CoStar building and the traffic is major as well as the bus has issues seeing me standing at the stop.
