Resident can follow up on status of repair with Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-591-0157 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order 34672416. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs, nor does COR Streetlights does not repair Dominion Energy lights, poles or wires.
