Description
Large amount of leaves and trash have collected at the opening to this stormwater drain opening due to lack of street cleaning on 21st Street side of Taylor's Hill Park. Please clear and street clean along this block which has a steep incline. NE Corner of 21st & Franklin The blockage is even worse with standing water in the street even when there is no rain. This is a very busy intersections for cars as well as people coming to the Park from the Bottom. Please clear this basin.
