Resident can follow up on status of repair with Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-591-0157 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order 34667002. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs, nor COR Streetlights does not repair Dominion Energy lights, poles or wires.
