- System · January 13, 2026Citizen if requesting to call before coming out - caller states the clog is underground about 8 feet - 40-50 feet with cleanout outside the building with tree-roots that is clogging the drain. Caller states every time there is a cleanout there are tree roots. Caller states he has tenants in the building and he is unclogging the basin and it is costly to continue to unclog the drain
