Description
The protected crosswalk is covered up and there is no way for pedestrians to cross Huguenot Road with protection at the intersection at either Forest Hill Ave or Buford Road. There are many City of Richmond residents, many elderly, who live in this area near Stony Point Shopping Center who need to cross Huguenot Road for various reasons to get dinner, visit a bank, a pharmacy (CVS or Buford Rd Pharmacy), or a medical practitioner. Thank you for fixing this problem! That was fast!
