Description

light is out in front of home, this is her 3rd time calling. We came out did work for night or two and now back out again. Very concern about her safety due to darkness.

    Streetlights addressed the streetlight outage report 1/8/26 for 6508 Three Chopt Road, #33781, Ms. Randolph. The light was not working when Streetlights arrived. Streetlights found two extremely loose connections on the lamp cable that was feeding the light from the Dominion secondary. Streetlights removed all connections, cleaned the wire, replaced the connectors, reconnected and checked voltage. Everything was fine afterwards. Voltage was good at 125 volts. There did not appear to be any issues with the Dominion Energy side, just the streetlight itself. The streetlight, lamp cable, and photocell are all new. Streetlights operated the photocell multiple times and the light came on.
