Description

Manhole cover missing near 143 E Charity between the alley and 2nd Street. The hole is on the sidewalk, and it is hazardous. Just so you know, even with the grass cut, it isn't easy to see the sidewalk.

    This is not a sanitary sewer issue. It is a missing water meter top. Dispatch has bee notified so Water Dist. can resolve the issue.
