Description
The bulb in the light is blinking then goes completely off during night hours. Making it unsafe and hard to see when walking/driving. Please change the bulb.

Resident can follow up on status of repair with Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-591-0157 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order 34640013. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs.
