Description
Since the summer she has been dealing with 2 streetlights/watch light that are out...She has called to get the lights fixed...was told they are watch lights not street lights and they are Va Power...For a watch light it is connected to an acct and is paid for...Caller was told to call back to the COR and report street lights are out. Caller states it's a safety issue for the lights not to be working.
