Description
Multitude of lights out around Stony Point Parkway. These have not been address for many months now. The orange ribbons that were once on them to notate which were out have since come off. Please address.

- There are a multitude of lights out around Stony Point Parkway. I see a request was submitted back in March but no update has been given. More and more are going out and the road is becoming very dark. Please address
