Description

There is a LARGE amount of standing water in the front yard of this address. It appears that the owner of the adjacent property had a dumpster delivered into the yard and it BROKE the water pipe underneath! The dumpster is for the property at 1113 N 20th St. It was delivered by JR Co Excavation (804 564 9801), they picked up the full dumpster again today and continue to cause further damage to the same spot.
