Description

The drainage pipe is severely bent at both sides of my driveway entrance and is almost completely covered with dirt. Ditch needs to be dug out, so as to prevent debris and water build up. I spoke with your crew members on 11/15/2025 who were doing ditch work on Boroughbridge, they looked at my ditch and told me to definitely open a ticket to get the drain dug out. I designated 'Concrete Missing' as there was no option that represented my situation.
