Description
Wire for the street lamp is hanging down from light pole and on the ground on the right side of Chantilly street, past the volunteer fire station and just before the intersection at Radford Avenue. The pole is on the corner, right across from 4720 Radford Avenue. Because of that, the light no longer turns on at night.
