    All Dominion owned and maintained streetlights. Lights have been reported to Dominion Energy. Resident need to follow with Dominion Energy at 866-591-0157. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs; COR Streetlights does not repair Dominion Energy owned lights, poles or wires.
