Description
I live at 216 E Hillcrest Avenue at intersection of Hillwood & Charmian Rds. There is a Va Power "private watch light" on my property that I have requested to have removed. I am apparently paying Va. Power to provide light to this whole area of the neighborhood. We've had several incidents of cars and homes being broken into since early August 2025 and without the private watch light this area will be very dark. The City recently installed a street light at West Hillcrest Ave. & Hillwood Rd.
