Lamp right above the start of the right turn lane onto Chamberlayne out Think I added the wrong pole number for this one since I was putting a bunch in simultaneously. The pole number might be 31511

    Work is complete, crew trouble shot and the problem was at 3514 Moss Side Ave repaired 1/0 triplex that was causing the outage at on several blocks. Work done by CH/JF/Mastec on 11/17/25
