    Dominion Energy owned and maintained streetlights; issue was reported to Dominion Energy on 9/26/25. Resident can follow on the status of the repair with Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-591-0157 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order #34579381. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs; COR Streetlights does not repair Dominion Energy owned lights, poles or wires.
