Description
When will this Access Plate be removed and the access hole be filled in properly? The large bump vibrates homes in the area because cars, city buses, and tractor trailers go above the speed limit (why can't anything be done about this too, no initiative is being carried forth on Ellwood as being promised by the city). Can the road be shut down and the work actually be completed in a timely manner. This has been worked on several times and patchwork is constantly being done making the bump worse. This getting ridiculous, please just get the work done in a timely manner than expanding it for months now.
